Our organization is hosting a pledge drive/sponsorship event. November’s Promise’s Pledge Drive is directed towards raising funds to aid our workshops and fund our community service events. We are delighted to invite you to be a patron of our event. 

If you agree to sponsor our pledge drive event, we would eventually be able to organize this event on a larger scale. You would also gain a few benefits in return by sponsoring us. All the benefits on your end will be discussed in detail in the proposal. Remember, by giving to November’s Promise a non-profit organization, all donations are tax-exempt under US law.

The annual Pledge Drive/Sponsorship Event is an event among the Board of Directors  and members of the November’s Promise Organization.

We have come a long way, but we still need your support. Your contributions are needed to help make our aforementioned events    successful. We cordially extend our proposal towards all givers in order to sponsor our events. Our Pledge Drive/Sponsorship Event details of which are mentioned are as follows:

  • Event:-Pledge Drive/Sponsorship Event
  • Date of the event:-Begins November 1, 2023-December 31 2023
  • Description:-Donation drive benefiting November’s Promise (A 501 (c) 3 Organization)
  • Objective:-Event-To collect funding to conduct workshops and classes within the community that educate and empower individuals and families; To focus on literacy, civic duty, parenting skills, and race and ethnicity workshops/classes.
  • Invitees:-All are invited; Our doors are open to all who want to participate.

  • Recognition for patrons of November’s Promise, a 501 (c) 3 organization on all event-related marketing and promotional collateral: invitations, emails, posters, and social media posts.
  • Patron listing on all event signage and in the inaugural event program.
  • A table for November Promise’s, a 501 (c) 3 organization patrons at the inaugural event
  • Patrons to get a mention on all media platforms, print media, and social media of the inaugural event.

Terms and Conditions

Relationship of Parties: Upon the acceptance of this proposal, each giver shall come on board as a patron for the Pledge Drive, organized by November’s Promise, a 501 (c) 3 Organization. 

Payment: Each giver shall make a payment of the patronage amount to November’s Promise, a 501 (c) 3 Organization on or after November 1, 2023 of the Event Date, in USD through Zelle, CashApp, or by Personal Checks.

Representative: The giver Is Not Required to send a representative to the Inaugural Event.

Term: The term for the Pledge Drive/Sponsorship and the patronage will come to an end with the successful completion of the inaugural event and the payment.

Information: Please fill out the information form on the last page so that you may receive your tax documented receipt.
